Dusty- I was one of the shareholders in the conference call on friday. I have been out of town the last few days and haven't had much get online. I tried to take notes during the call, but had to keep up with my job duties during that time. As for Ed brody, he was not envolved with "cold calling" investors while working for Alexis and he only worked there for a short time. He did not know Dempsy Mork, other than he worked in the office next door. As for magellian, they have a letter of intent to do 3 movies as posted on this board. We should have a inked deal in the next 2 weeks. They have other deals they may do with Magellian. Magellian is a film company, not related to the Capital company, (not sure on the spelling of the other co. As for acquisitions, they are looking for companies that will keep them in the black, they don't want anything that is going to be a liability. Currently looking at an ice cream company that is family owned that I believe has an annual revenue of 4-8 million (someone corrected me if I'm wrong), its owned by brother and sisters, and they just want out of the business. MDCE feels they could bring the revenues up to 8-12M per year. There are other possiblities they are looking into now. Jerry should have the resumes and accurate share count soon. The company is thinking about buying back shares maybe up to 2 million. We should also have news on the gravel pit soon. MDCE fills confident they will get this deal. If only half of what I heard happens with this company, I feel we as shareholders will be rewarded well for our patients. As for the selling today.....Hmmmmm dunno why anyone would be sellling now...but to each his own. I will post more later, Rob D.
