Henry: Once again you appear to be the "messenger of goodwill" to the AGPH thread (you forgot to post on the GILD, VRTX, LLY threads) regarding CHIR's suits against LLY, VRTX (7-30-98) and GILD, AGPH (8-3-98) for alleged patent infringements on the development of hepatitis C protease inhibitors. CHIR must be desperate: 50% decrease in last quarter's operating income; had to hire new CEO (former COO GLXO) [see www.signalsmag.com dated 7-28-98].
