No, I am specifically talking about the convertibles. As I said, I was involved with another company that issued these and they were converted and sold without shareholders being informed. Someone posted on the board that a 144 had to be filed and the CEO of the company confirmed that this was not the case unless they met the other requirements. They apparently were not restricted. As I said, I know that shares issued for acquisitions are a different story, but not all of these convertibles were issued for acquisitions. It is those shares that I have been concerned about. I wanted to know what restrictions were on the shares not issued for acquisition, and if there is any legal way around those restrictions. I had asked Dan Murphy to tell me what legal means we have to see that those shares are not sold and I didn't get the answer I wanted.
