Someone knows more than I (we) do !
The herd mentality of the market doesn't
bother me too much, I've always had a very
high percentage in cash, so if everybody dumps
their funds and the small and micro cap stocks
completely collapse, I'll probably buy some more.
Markets like this probably don't bother people
like me, thirty-something, underinvested, just
getting started. But for the oldsters who are
getting ready to retire, pretty rough deal when
you see a few percent of your 401k disappear.
A few percent for me on the other hand is not a
lot of money, hell, my portfolio is down 15% in
the last month and that isn't even very much. |
