J,
Since you obviously did not believe me when I reported the situation on the convertible preferred shares in my post 7504 of this morning, I suggest you bypass Dan and go directly to Joe as Dan did not give you the answer you wanted. You have been on this subject for several weeks now and you want to continue your digging. You have asked all of us to help and several have come forth with information but none of it is the answer you want. I thought the best place to go, and I still do, was the source of these stock issues, namely the president of the company. As I said, go directly to Joe. Where will you go if he gives you the correct answer but it's still not the answer you want.
