Easy. How about Deswell (DSWLF) at 13 and should earn over $2.80 next year ?

As you go up the risk curve, the valuations in this sector have become absurd. DIIG still needs to prove it will turn Orbit and that they haven't been hurt by the severe pricing in bare boards, before you will see the $2 earnings become reality. I think DIIG is a reasonable buy here; I just like Jabil better on a risk adjusted basis.

The sector is presenting more attractive valuations now, then since mid to late 96. Of course if the overall market drops 20-30%, these stocks aren't going to go anywhere (but down ???). But over the next 1-2 years, I think these valuations will have been proven low.
