You are right. I will call Joe and ask the questions. It is not that I don't believe you, but my interpretation of Dan's answer did not agree with that. He did not say that all of the shares were restricted and his response led me to believe that they were not all legally restricted. I certainly could have misunderstood him and I will try to clear that up. Jewel
