Dear Bill, I utilize much of the internet and some proprietary systems to do my research. Most of the agreements: Revolving Credit Loan Agreement, Asset Acquisition Agreement of CCI, and ongoin Legal Proceedings are all parts of TSIG's SEC filings which can be found at: sec.gov. I use Lexis - Legal database (codes, cases, judgements, liens, dba...) and Nexis - News database (domestic and overseas news). The IRS lien search and the 1933 Act were found in Lexis Nexis. I'm not an employee nor a subcontractor of TSIG. My name is Steve. I started researching TSIG in July 03, 1998. I have bought a substantial (substantial to me) shares in TSIG. I don't know how to prove that I'm not involved with the company, but if you want me to run a search on you, I can probably convince you satisfactorily.
