Frank, my guess is that Comcast needs to give Bill Gates some rather encouraging progress reports on system upgrades in return for his billion dollar buyin. The AT&T + TCI engagement simply provides confirmation to big MSOs that the investment community likes the idea of cable systems fully upgraded to bidirectional HFC, and the more non-traditional cable revenue streams, the merrier. Ray.
