Any thoughts or knowledge about Schaumburg? Schaumburg is a city in Ill where MOT is headquartered. MOT bought Starfish about a month ago. GMGC issued a press release at that time saying that it was a good thing and meant more opportunities for GMGC. However, it should be noted that there was no quote from MOT in that release. "Revenues from the group are expected to be in the "hundreds of millions of dollars" in the next five years, said May Pao, director of business management." Isn't it funny how a company like MOT can get away with this hype, yet everyone slams GMGC for hyping when they've never set any expectations for revenues? Also, I may be wrong, but I thought MOT invested in Nuance awhile back. I tried searching for the press release and came up empty. I do remember a story or press release several months back that made me think they'd be a competitor. But I can't remember what it was. Also, GMGC's press release regarding the Starfish acquisition confuses me. I find it hard to believe that they would issue that release unless they had some relationship with MOT. I guess time will tell.
