I talked to Gene Dec. of last year and he told me they hope to become a fully reporting company by the third quarter of this year. Have only a small stake in the company and have been sitting on shares purchase at .40 since about that time. I just purchased some more the other day since I feel the bottom has been reached and feel my downside is minimal and am now averaged out to about .25 per share. If you talk to Gene ask him about there efforts to become fully reporting. Thanks. DAVID
