Didn't you know that's what stock brokers do? Most brokers are idiots and don't have a clue. Ask them what a bollinger band, MACD, or williams %R is. Then see if they even know what a moving average is. You will soon see most brokers are fools that play off people's emotions and news flashes. Tell your friend to move all his shares out of his account to a deep discount broker like e-trade. Then your friend won't have the fool stealing his money one way or the other. Better than that have you friend record the brokers conversation and turn him in for churning the account. Brokers hate the chance of being caught churning. Why don't you get that brokers 800 number and e-mail address and we all on these boards can send him some useful information. TT
