Johnathon, That's a nice one day pop. I was in at 7. I agree with the poster that said this may not be over. If these guys weren't able to cover everything today (with the volume is definitely was possible, especially with the uptake at the end of the day), they may just continue a BS campaign that may carry on for a couple of days. Just remember, these guys aren't idiots, they probably had a team of attorneys look at that press release to see how they could get out of a suit...and push the envelope in the process. I didn't win my little game... finished at around $10.00 and about 5.5 million shares traded... I guessed 8 million based on early trading. Did you guys see how fast this hit up off the bottom? I had a buy order in just at it picked off and while my on-line broker was approving, executing etc. the stock popped up a buck on the ask. Whew! Best as always and hang in there vets, Scott. Scott.
