I have never once been told that the results were spectacular, and have certainly not ever posted that I thought they were. They do show that there is potential there. As far as the cash part is concerned, Bernie indicated, to me, that they had been told to expect the next cheque from Kennecott. To the best of my knowledge, unless there is some indication that the funds are being spent "inappropriately" Kennecott has no particular choice, but to fund the full 1.5 million. So far they have only spent 500K, so they have no "choice" to make about committing further funds, yet. Unless they are planning on trying to get out of the contractual agreement.

I would be interested to know who gave you the story about how "promising" the results are. You need to remember to keep that in mind while evaluating the response.
