Bhadraiah...If your JNJ looking for a low price nows the time to cut a deal... If Your Vivus you want to show that the future earnings are better than the past and be in a better position to get a greater price. With good earnings in the 3rd qtr Vivus will be able to demand a better price ... Then the question will JNJ and Vivus agree on terms or not????
