NOESIS Forecast Update On Monday NOESIS upgraded the projected low crude price from $8.00 to $8.50. Technical details are provided in support of this projection. Looks like things won't get that bad if Congress authorizes significant purchases of oil for the SPR... oil-gasoline.com Regarding Ralph Acampora: For a brief time earlier this year he projected the DOW to hit 6,000 in the second half due to the Asian crisis. Later he changed his mind and said we would hit 10,000 in July. Sheesh, his forecast goes up and down faster than Clinton's zipper at an intern convention! -Greg
