vlad...this is all speculation....weather we like it or not we'll be here in Oct looking for the earnings. Vivus will have a sales partner or sell the company....???? We have to wait and see. I do expect a profit and the stock to be higher at that time. Question for you: If you were JNJ how much would you pay today for Vivus??? If you were Vivus how much would you sell Vivus for today?? If the numbers were the same we would have a sale today.
