James: This down turn has been lead by Dow Utilities, Transports and then the RUT. I do not believe the RUT is being wagged!
Big block action at yesterday's close did signal a move up at the open. I did not get the close up, (just a gut feel) I was looking for. I now feel two scenarios will be played out from here based on S/MM intent! One a single scenario and the other has two parts.
I just spent "some time" writing my conclusions. I suddenly realized the kind of response I got last time I did that! "DELETE"
