The expectation I have is that simple fairness be extended to all interests involved with IMS. You've posted to us, and we certainly appreciate it- no one at our company (some of us still hold shares) talks to us anymore. The last time one of my SI friends here called in to talk to one of the execs- he was told if he continued with the hard line of questioning it would result in possible legal action! Fine crew of managers we have now. My opinion is, when shareholders try to support a co thru bankcruptcy, holding on for better days- there would be a little less anamousity! Hell, we have been trying to help- with all comments falling on tin ears!
I think you know I personally don't expect much of you as an employee.
Maybe I would like to read you say, that if we stay the course and re-assert our lawful power as equity owners in this company, that we can count on your continued fair play and participation as we reassume "our" business goals for IMS.
It would not be proper for me to try to draw you out on any of this particular case today, no matter what you know. I will not do so, you are the only guy from the company with cajones, willing to come on this forum and deal with us.

Just for the record, since this sell-off of assets is no big deal to some, it won't be a big deal either to ask for the sales document with the details, the board's full approval vote (showing each member's position), and the official post on the record as it was (should have been) given to the court. If nothing else, I just want to make sure who signed off on this deal, just for the helluvit. In the remote case that Intel deals with this, how will the proceeds be disbursed? Will IPIQ get them, or is this part of the consolation prize for us old meta standbys? Inquiring minds want to know!!
