Bob, Robert:
Appreciate your input. Spoke with IR today. They are adamant that funding is imminent. What else is new? They also strongly downplay possibility of any substantial damages to TPP. I do feel that proving damages will be a hard sell, much more so than getting documents. As I understand it, TT didn't have their new, revised specs ready until Dec.,'97. Still it's a monkey wrench in the works that seems to go on and on and on, etc., etc. Regards, Dave C.
