Dan Gillmor from the "San Jose Mercury News" posed a question in today's paper that has puzzled Mac users for years, why do Windows users put up with crappy software?: sjmercury.com. Gillmor is even more perplexed that Windows users can experience problem after problem, waste days getting their systems right, and still pronounce themselves "delighted" with Microsoft's latest offering.
