I remember the South America reference also, but in a conference call back when TAVA was freely discussing the names of their clients in public, they talked about a phone call from Saudi Arabia. I think that predates South America. I still expect places like Yanbu and Jubail, industrial cities built in the late 70's, to need Tava's database. But maybe Bechtel and Parsons already have those contracts, since they were major contractors.
