Question re: sales by insiders. As you probably know, Zacks shows a approximate 350,000 shares for sale by insiders of FNTN as filed with the SEC in June and July. Does this mean that actually sold or filed to sell at a future time? If it is intent to sell, how does one know when they actually sell? Thanks dw
