Hans, number of shares outstanding is 8.2 million, with convertible debt instruments worth another 8 million shares for total of about 16 million shares outstanding. I got these figure directly from the company. Web info is stale. They hope to file new SEC 10K in a couple of weeks and put out 1&2 quarter financials in about a month.
