Larry Feinberg is a very savvy investor who runs Oracle Partners, a fund in NYC - He has made millions of $$$ investing in biotech and health care stocks - Barron's has featured him in the past as an outstanding investor-he now holds nearly 10% of all Qdel shares - I'm sure he doesn't anticipate Qdel will stay in the $3-3.25 range forever. This announcement is great news for Qdel and a strong endorsement of the new management team, IMHO.
