John,

Taking into context TTRIF's former newsreleases, its history of fine wording (we said no more "reg S" financing, we said nothing about reg D), and its corporate bumbling... need we say more <g>?

> Thermo Tech(TM) Technologies Inc. (the ''Company'')
> announces that it has entered into final negotiations
> for the acquisition of a waste water treatment
> facility in Carver, Massachusetts.

[...]

> The Company will pay a price of $14.5
> Million US for the treatment facility.

And on the lips of anyone who has done research on TTRIF: how are they going to finance?

> The acquisition will be subject to
> confirmation of financing for the proposed
> Thermo Master(TM) Plant,

Pardon my ignorance, but since when does one announce that there are "final negotiations" that will be completed once there is "confirmation of financing" and expect the financial community to take them seriously?

You can only sing the tune "oh honey, I've changed", before people stop believing you. I wonder when TTRIF will learn?

I think the most surprising of it all is that there are people who still buy in thinking that management has changed. After all, who cares that Rene and Dr. Cummings is there? They're surrounded by all these great people? Too bad they're all handcuffed.
