OK, BD, you want CYGS lawsuits, we got CYGS lawsuits for you tonight... Seems that Skillern has been involved in so many he confuses the judgements. The $10K settlement he referred to was what CYGS paid to settle a lawsuit filed against CYGS because they did not pay a promissory note to an attorney. This case had nothing to do with the one involving insurance fraud. If you want to look it up for yourself, it is available in court records as "Herzogg vs. Cryogenic Solutions". CSI bought a physical therapy clinic for stock and a promissory note. The promissory note was assigned to Herzogg (an attorney) and CYGS could not pay. The case was settled several months ago. Now, is this lawsuit relevant to CYGS? - Jeff
