Fonar is anticipating something to which we are not privy. Why would they expand manufacturing facilities without some certainty that buyers await? It's like baking a birthday cake without a party.
Nasdaq stocks have fallen 30% on average and fonars low price is a reflection of this recent trend. Blood is in the streets and bargains abound and fonar, I believe, is one of these bargains.
PPM's are profitable, mri sales are on the rise, and the bank roll is large.
Was there a cross licensing agreement attached to the toshiba settlement? If so, big continuous bucks.
Expansion of manufacturing facilities indicates an increasing customer base (otherwise current manufacuring capabilities would suffice) if so, big bucks.
More settlements likely. if so big bucks.
