i have heard from tom, a very brief email, telling me that they cant say anything yet, but that the deal was moving forward and very close to being done...those are my words, as tom really wasnt at liberty to talk...dave also has the same impression....my earlier post was out of the same frustration we have all been feeling every since we have had our hopes raised with this deal with ECC, and all the parallel deals in the works...i still think we are almost there, just the last minute items to iron out...i think we can expect news any day now, but if we go another week and we arent further along, then i just dont know what to say jp
