FWIW, I've been monitoring RNTK's Time & Sales for weeks and have concluded that much of our decline is due to a "Mystery Seller(s)" (sorry - best I could come up with). MS sells at market several times a day and has been with us for at least four weeks, maybe longer. If my estimates are correct, MS has sold several hundred thousand shares during this period. I thought he had finished up yesterday, but alas, he was back again today. He dropped the large block near the close today that downticked us to 1 1/16.
Below is a sample of MS's footprint from Monday. Note an MM's 1 1/4 bid for 800 shares followed by sales of blocks "at market" of 10,000, 5,000, 2,500, 500, 100 shares. I believe the larger blocks are MS. Worst part is MS downticks us more often than not. The MM's aren't stupid, they can read a chart. They know somebody is selling and they're buying everything he's got (fortunately). IMO, it's actually been sort of an orderly exit considering the number of shares that have been sold.

Of course all of this pure speculation on my part. I would appreciate knowing if anybody else with Level II and charts is reading this the way I am.
