I don't think the buy back means anything. it is an open ended deal and I question where the cash flow for this is going to come from. Sounds like a platform for Morgernstern to say the stock is undervalued. Of course if he felt that strongly about it he could try to take the company private! I'm saying I have no expectation that any buy back will occur short-term, and I would prefer that monies be spent marketing comverge as that is where our hopes lie, not with some flimsy buy back. Has anybody called Magnotti directly?
