Agree 100% that welfare is not the right way to solve the problem - I say advance/grant people money to set up a small business or something - give them help to step up, not an allowance to stay
as-is.

Re: His crime prevention program - I think the credit
should go to the police chief and the consultant who intoduced a
computer database in the PD.

BTW you never answered my question about white supremacists.
