Buy Low And Sell High With the P/E's of most stocks at historical highs, how many considered selling? Instead of profit taking, investors went looking for momentum plays in internet stocks. For those who have seen this activity before, this was a red flag that a correction was imminent. While shoppers in the grocery stores understand that special means 'buy more', investors in stocks often have the opposite emotions. This behavior is simply amazing to me. What a great time to be a contrarian! 'High' was easy, now would someone please tell me what 'Low' means? :) I don't think that we are there yet, but this correction is absolutely necessary given the latest market frenzy.
