Hello Urlman.

As it relates to the non-disclosure of the specific terms of the Hypermart acquisition, go2net has handled it in this manner for various reasons, such as the relative materiality of such things as consideration, other legal requirements, etc.

As you are likely aware, there are certain levels that represent a threshold of materiality in an acquisition. Under a scenario that is deemed to be material, disclosure of the terms is required (i.e. go2net/SI). If it is deemed as not being material for various reasons, such as the consideration, disclosure may not be required.

In any event, there were a number of factors that affected our decision regarding the disclosure, or non-disclosure, policy in this deal. As soon as I am able to share these with you I most definitely will.
