One more ditty pertaining to the GIFS Insider shares of Mr. Martin; ÿÿÿ It appears that Mr. Martin sold his 5,000 '144 shares (insider shares) in Jan. of '97. GIFS stopped trading at 3/8. The accompanying chart will demonstrate that Mr. Martin sold his shares near the high. chart5.bigcharts.com What was the relationship, at the time, of Messrs. S. Bradley Martin, Kugler and tonto? RB
