I've been running this deal through my mind all day, and thought maybe I'd let a little of my ignorance show.

So management converts their shares at a rate of about 2.5 ordinary to 1 preferred. Eventually they can redeem the preferred at a rate of 4 ordinary in exchange for 1 preferred.

To put this in the simplest of all possible scenarios that a damaged mind like mine can comprehend, what is the point of doing all these gyrations that ultimately increase the number of shares that management holds unless they know they are sitting on a huge pile of gold?

I mean, we are expecting a release soon on the Santiago properties, right? Unless I've figured this wrong, it seems to me that this is a likely proposition.

Anyone? Anyone?
