It is also fair to note or Asensio is wrong As a anti Asensio advocate I came to post this message to shareholders on this thread. You are victims today of a down promotion. This case is similar to the Zonagen rape. That thread was told that the company they were invested in was a fraud. The company has since passed through Phase Three trials and the NDA is before the FDA, the drug is selling in Mexico and the company has received several milestone payments form SGP. Asensio calls fraud to rape the shareholders, that is his purpose. He has no interest in wether he is right or wrong. Asensio preys upon uncertainty, not facts. He is well known for his unreliable character as evidenced by legal documents which are available on the internet. He reneged on a financial transaction involving a trade and was ordered to pay a quarter of a million dollars in damages. This is not helpful in your current crisis but may help you in seeing whose victim you really are.
