There are not that many "big" holders. It could have been USWest, though. Especially since their rep stepped down from the board in May (ostensibly because she was going to be on the other side of the USWest spin-off, and supposedly to be able to toss more business CGIX' way). Otherwise, it would have been a founder or manager. I have not seen any Rule 144 stuff or 13D filings, so its hard to say who it was. If it was a manager or founder, obviously that is a way grim sign, but what is interesting to me is that they were able to find a buyer for this 5% block of CGIX, without crushing the price (much more than the market)-- I wonder who the buyer was.
