It never fails to amaze me that whenever Asensio lays his teeth into a company, the investors become loyalists. Just play the stock on the rise and fall. If Asensio is wrong, then you have a bargain because of the initial dropoff. If he is right, then you have had ample time to play it short. Nothing that Asensio campaigns against goes down easy. Remember that MM have an interest in this as well.
Interesting note. TRBD float of just over 4 million shares vs what they have in the till. Over 8-1 margin. When will these shares hit the street.
Also, the SOLV story of which I was on the wrong side, is true as far as Asensio is concerned. I live in Sweden, and I spent quite alot of time on the phone with their IRO in New Mexico. I have also lived in Finland where the supposed Ti compound meger was taking place. Sorry, no deal. The bottom line is in the books. You can't base a value on a company by what it might generate in the future. The problem with Americans today, is that they want their cake now instead of after it has been baked, frosted and sliced. If this isn't true, then why is there so much credit card debt in the US alone. People in Sweden hardly use credit cards as opposed to debit cards. There is no such thing as overdraft(as a standard perk) in banks overhere.
This attitude of getting it ahead of time rears its ugly head everyday on the stock exchange as investors are eagerly waiting for press releases about deals that will take several years to culminate expecting that that in itself will boost the stock to the stars.
Asensio may have his agenda to make as much money as he can, but he does spell out the clear message, "What has this company actually generated in terms of income and profit?"
Get real. Why should a company like TRBD be worth 10 bucks a share when it generates losses every year. What is the value, the future?
We should all wake up to the reality of actual value vs projected value, and begin making our investing and trading decisions based upon this.
TRBD will have its chance to vindicate itself. Don't blame Asensio if it fails to do so.
Solvex tried, and failed, and now the SEC wants to put Kendrik and his goonies in the judicial penalty box which could lead to jail time. |
