South Voisey's Bay: On hold for 3 weeks? Not quite!

Donner Minerals [DML.V] announced today that drilling in S. Voisey's Bay will be postponed for at least 3 weeks. To those who are not knowledgeable of this play, this could seem like a major blow to the program. However, the INSIDER REPORT knows there is more happening in S. Voisey's Bay than meets the eye.

While Donner has announced a stoppage in drilling, this certainly does not mean a stoppage in work. Behind the scenes, Donner, Teck, Falconbridge and the other major participants (PLM, LAB etc...) are in aggressive meetings deciding the direction the program will take.

The INSIDER REPORT has heard that the geophysical technique that Donner has been working on may be the solution to identifying massive sulphides. And, for this reason, we believe that this is the reason why drilling has been postponed. Donner will be re-analyzing its existing geophysical and geological targets and identify additional geophysical targets for follow-up drilling in the remainder of the program.

As we stated previously, we believe that a major area of interest for the play will center around the Labrador Nickel Syndicate's (LNS) property in the center of the area. The INSIDER REPORT has confirmed rumors that Falconbridge was in meetings throughout last week with LNS partners Pallaum and Labrador.

We will continue to follow this ever evolving story as there is much more happening behind the scenes than many know. A recurrence of last year's rally in Sept-Nov is a definite possibility at this point.
