I must have missed a NR but I thought the original term for negotiating the purchase was expended 30 days and that has long passed. As I have stated I am not in and in a strange twist if fate got out before the halt in the 40's. I would like to get back in but my concersn are that this deal will not be consummated and SE will open it up to other bidders with deeper pockets and then Roper becomes a distributor only. I agree that there is a Big market for this product and I have researched it carefully as I am a user and buyer of these products. I have not seen any Canadian contracts yet nor I have I seen any potential Cdn clients yet. Just voicing my concerns. Answers to these questions and concerns will allow me to part again with my money.
