Felicia, you might find the documents on file at the SEDAR web-site interesting ... sedar.com A simple browse through those documents indicates millions of share warrants issued in the past year at prices ranging from $0.70 to $1.00. Also, a read through the Management Information Circular issued for the company's latest AGM reveals hundreds of thousands of management stock options at prices varying from $0.27 to $1.00. Although company shares issued and outstanding as at Dec. 31, 1997 are reported at approximately 24« million, I believe the fully diluted number is closer to about 32 million shares. This gives you a rough idea of the number of special warrants and options outstanding. Good Luck!
