actually thinking about it i think that we will go directly to the nasdaq we have such a low float that we only need an increase in 16mil in the market cap to get from $4 to $5 ... the only thing that will hold us up is i think the amount of cash on hand...right? is that a requirement? because we will have sec approval soon and revs are just around the corner. samir
