The only one who could have warned you before you invested was Riley, but he was telling you to buy buy buy at the ask and make sure you call those certs.

How has he hurt the longs. Lets see if we hadn't found out about the factory in S.A. being repossed we could still be under the illusion that we have that asset on the books. Oh yeah here is one if the boat hadn't been discovered to be at the bottom of the harbor we could have been counting that as an asset. Or the Hialeiha (sp?) factory which was said to be owned by the company (not) and operating makeing clothes (not) for JC Penney and WalMart (not) could have made the Balance sheet and operating statements look pretty nice. Except they were all lies. How many of you think there was ever a real possibility of a merger? Could it be that this was all smoke and mirrors to string this along? How about the factory in Ten Sleep and those agreements. It looks like they never paid the ciy anything and had no intentions on doing so. What about the $30 million in orders from Taiwan? Does anyone think they ever existed exceptin somebody's mind. Sure maybe they did have $30 in orders from Pug's gym but shoot he'd buy anything he even bought TVSI because of Riley.

It is time people here stood up and took account for their actions themselves. You bought this stock like I did. I based my buying decision on the financials that were available 11 1/2 months ago (nothing has been filed since then). I never had the opportunity to buy a company based on published lies before. Once I discovered the first lie I was suspicious but I thought what the heck someone could have made an honest mistake. After the second lie was uncovered I was mad but since the stock was well up from where I bought in I decided to hold on. Once I discovered in rapid-fire successon more lies I sold out most of the shares held a few and luckily sold the rest out a week or so before the halt. I owe the uncovering of the lies to two people Tonto and Mike Kugler. I personally didn't like Kugler's methods but they were effective. On the other hand the methods used by Pug's to injure Kugler's career was really childish. Tonto on the other hand has in almost all cases acted properly especially when faced with vicious attacks.

I cannot blame you if you did not get sold out before the halt (because I almost still had some shares to sell). But, if in the last eight monthsyou have not learned whothe real bad guys are you are blind, stupid, or in with the crooks.
