Greetings David, in regards to you question about sales by insiders you can see the full list at this site: biz.yahoo.com You will notice that the price column does not have any amount filled in. I there were that would mean that a sale had taken place and for what price it was sold. Also most of the listings here are outdated. Anything over 90 days old must be re-filed.
