I remember when I retired, I talked to one of these guys, and they recommended an annuity! I said, let me get this straight, I buy an annuity, which I cannot change without great expense, which pays 8-9%. Then I have to 'pay' the company 3% to send me a check for 5%! Have I missed something here? Have I got 'STUPID' stamped on my forehead? You could interest me in a Brokerage Account, however! Regards, Ken
