Interactive Processing, Inc. Receives Purchase Order From
Spencer Gifts and Signs Agreement for Purchase Order
Financing

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 4, 1998--Interactive Processing, Inc. (OTC BB:IAPI - news)
announced today it has received a Purchase Order from Spencer Gifts and signs an agreement with First
Vancouver Finance for purchase order financing.

Interactive Processing also announces a feature write up in Maxim Magazine for the September 1998 issue.

IAPI has received a purchase order for a container of TV Terminator remote controls from Spencer Gifts a
national retail chain owned by Universal Studios with over 500 stores in the United States and Canada.

IAPI signs an agreement with First Vancouver Finance a finance Company with over 20 years experience in
the factoring business.

Maxim Magazine of New York has included a 1/3 page photo layout, which features in the Circus Maximus
section of their magazine. The feature includes the Football Sport Remote, TV Terminator, and Hockey
Puck Remote. The September issue should be on the shelves in mid August.

Sheldon Silverman, CEO, says, ''We have received our first purchase order from a large recognized retail
chain and this is a major step towards IAPI's goal to sell products worldwide. The signing with First
Vancouver Finance will secure further sales and give the company leverage for further product development.
The feature in Maxim Magazine is great for the Company's exposure of the product line. Maxim Magazine
demographics being mainly male readers between 20 - 40 years old, will generate direct sales and will bring
new investors to IAPI.''

IAPI manufactures and sells interactive universal remote controls directed towards sports enthusiasts. IAPI's
universal remote controls are also being aimed at the premium market for additional advertising for large
Corporations. IAPI has met with and shown the Football Sport Remote to several large Corporations for
premium purchase orders. IAPI has already received purchase orders from Anhueser Busch, ''Budweiser.''
