Why we ask. Geez haven't we learned that these guys are the masters of holy slickness and would make Valdez look like a puddle of spit. New to the game of Canadian paper shuffles (but learning quite quickly) this in essence cleans the house all up.
FOLKS KEEP IT SIMPLE. Quit trying to read more than what is in front of you. The only thing that has change is they have converted 25MM shares of Medinah to Class A preferred.
7465000 / 25000000 = .2986
So for every 144 you owned you get .2986 class a preferred...
Those preferred are convertable at $1.00 on a 1/3 (99,00,01)
So if NP had 14.4MM 144 then they now have 4299840 preferred shares PLUS
1.5 MM (was to buy out the Chilean interest that NP owned.) or NP has 5799840 Class A preferred convertable eventually into 23199360 shares of Medinah stock(if they own more because of FIRE then so be it..known as lagnaippe), I could care less if FIRE owns NP who owns MD or NP owns whatever. The math is simple.

:-)
