All, Does anyone have a handle on the strand count and percentages that QWST has sold off to other carriers, versus what they have for their own use? Also, does anyone have a feel for what QWST's own estimations are about the right "ratio" of proprietary use-toIRU/sell-off fibers is in their buildout? At what point, in other words, would they be compromising their own competitiveness in the market place due to this form of dilution of their core assets?
