Strange to say it, but with all the volatility occurring this week in the markets, one would hope TCBG holds back on releases until things calm down a little.

General theory is the lower the float, the stock is likely to make greater climbs. Proven true 90% of the time. It is also much less susceptible to day trading because of the general larger spreads between bid and ask. Float is important for better value in share price imo.
